Grants Management System Webinars

In the summer of 2020, my employer (Legal Services Corporation), adopted a new Grants Management System, a complex cloud-based application. To help employees make the transition to the new system, I planned, designed, and delivered 17 webinars for 54 staff members over the course of two weeks (one of which is embedded above). To accomplish this task, I collaborated with numerous stakeholders to understand technical details and business processes, developed visuals, and created “homework” materials for employees to practice on their own. According to staff, the webinars helped them feel much more comfortable completing their work in the new system and understanding their role in company workflows. Since then, I have led many more classes and 1:1 trainings to ensure employees continue to use it effectively.
